· If the applicant’s spouse is foreigner, applicant will be eligible to apply this residence permit type stipulated that applicant’s spouse is a holder of one of the residence permit type minimum 1 year period.
· Applicant can apply for this visa type for a maximum of 3 years. A family residence permit may be granted to the: a) foreign spouse; b) foreign children or foreign minor children of their spouse; c) dependent foreign children or dependent foreign children of their spouse and the foreigner’s children from other spouses. In cases of a polygamous marriage, only one of the spouses may be obtained family residence permit. |

· If the document is obtained from non-signatory country of the Lahey Convention, It must be attested by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then Turkish Embassy of the issuing Country.
· If the document obtained from Turkish authorities, it must be signed and sealed.
