PROCESSES STEP BY STEP

One of the following investment options should be chosen:

1- A real estate with a value of 250,000 Euros and above is selected

2- Signing the real estate sales promise contract

3- Opening a Greek Bank account using your tax number

4- Applying for Golden Visa

5-Bringing the sales process to the final stage, the capacity of all fees (lawyer fee-deed cost, etc.)

6- All necessary documents and data regarding the relevant authorities in Greece

7- Gathering of Golden Visa parents

 

Investment Options Other than 250,000 Euros

-€400,000 Greek government loan

-€400,000 in shares of real estate investment values or loans;

-€400,000 to a Greek bank;

-€800,000 in company loans and shares.

-Renting hotels or tourist accommodations with a rental agreement equivalent to at least 250,000 Euros for 10 years

-Building a building by purchasing a land. (The land value and the contract value with the construction company must be at least 250,000 Euros)
