Ancak, 08.06.2022 tarihinde T\u00fcrkiye B\u00fcy\u00fck Millet Meclisi'nde yap\u0131lan toplant\u0131da, yeni bir d\u00fczenleme kabul edilmi\u015ftir. Bu yeni d\u00fczenlemeye g\u00f6re, maksimum kira art\u0131\u015f oran\u0131 01.07.2023 tarihine kadar olacakt\u0131r.
