Attorney Şule Canaydın

Attorney Şule Canaydın is an attorney registered with the İstanbul Bar Association and the founder of Canaydın Law Firm. She graduated from İstanbul Bilgi University Faculty of Law in 2012 and continued her education with a graduate program in Economic Law, conducted by İstanbul Bilgi University in cooperation with Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.

In the early years of her career, she worked at companies operating in the real estate, construction and automotive sectors, and at law firms providing litigation management and legal advisory services to Turkish and foreign clients. The commercial and international experience she gained in this period forms the foundation of the firm's practice areas today.

Practicing law actively since 2014, Canaydın works in the fields of foreigners and citizenship law, foreign investment, real estate transactions, companies and commercial law, administrative disputes, and enforcement and rent disputes.

She provides advisory and representation services, in particular to foreign individuals and legal entities who wish to invest or conduct commercial activity in Türkiye, in company formation, contracts, real estate, citizenship and related administrative processes. In files with a cross-border dimension, she works together with authorized professionals in the relevant countries.

At the center of her working approach are file-based legal analysis, direct communication with the client, a written and transparent scope of services, adherence to professional rules, and confidentiality.
